HDNet, the national, high definition network owned by Mark Cuban, is currently taping a eight episode docu-series on a band out of Dallas called the Ray Johnston Band.
Ray, the leader of the band, used to play for the Dallas Mavericks and is now battling leukemia for the fifth time. Through major cancer treatments, forming the band, recording the album and touring, Ray's battle is a unique one.
Ray Johnson joins us for a performance and to tell us about his battle, his organizations and how he's trying to give back.
